Cherry Leisurewear Return Policy

At Cherry Leisurewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your items under the following guidelines:

### 1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- Items purchased during promotional sales, discounts, clearances and final sales cannot be returned.

### 2. Return Process

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- You will receive a return authorization (RA) number that must be included with your return package.

### 3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

### 4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- If you prefer an exchange, please indicate this in your return request. The same eligibility criteria apply as outlined above.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
